Our Operational Structure in China and Russia

RFCONS maintains a physical presence in both China and Russia. Türkiye is the market where our clients and delivery operations are located. RFCONS does not maintain a physical office in Türkiye; processes requiring local expertise are managed in cooperation with qualified professionals in their respective fields.

  • Guangzhou, China — Physical Operations Center
    RFCONS maintains a physical presence in Guangzhou and manages its China operations through its own local structure. Communication with manufacturers, factory visits, sample evaluations, and production monitoring are handled directly—not remotely or through intermediaries. The Guangzhou operation also has active trading experience in solar panels, solar energy systems, and portable power kits along the China–Russia trade corridor.
  • Russia — Our Own Team and Specialist Network
    RFCONS has its own operations team in Russia. The team manages access to manufacturers and raw material suppliers, on-site inspections, and operational coordination. For areas requiring specialist expertise—including legal matters, customs, certification, logistics, and technical inspections—we work with dedicated professionals in each field. This ensures that the entire process does not depend on a single intermediary or service provider.
  • Türkiye — Delivery and Local Specialist Coordination
    RFCONS does not maintain a physical office or operations team in Türkiye. Türkiye is the market where client communication and final delivery take place. When customs clearance, domestic transportation, or regulatory procedures are required, authorised and experienced local professionals are engaged. From the client’s perspective, RFCONS continues to manage and coordinate the entire process through a single point of contact.
